About FERNS

FERNS: The Graduate Journal on Environmental Stewardship is an intercollegiate academic journal that focuses on the impact of human action on the environment. It emphasizes the conversation necessary between scientists, politicians, ethicists, and theologians, welcoming work in fields that intersect around ecological engagement. This scholarly publication showcases the intellectual, academic, and creative research from emerging scholars at graduate and undergraduate levels. In addition to developing research ideas in the professional arena, through FERNS students promote their work in a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that focuses on environmental stewardship.
